Who I am in the wild:

I'm a firm work hard, play hard. You have to put in the work, but you need ways to recharge!

• Keeping sharp: To keep my focus and energy up, you’ll find me at Reformer Pilates, sparring at kickboxing, or enjoying a friendly game of badminton. I’m also partial to a bit of baking (and watching Bake Off!).

• Monkeying around: Spending time with friends and family, reading a good book, and travelling. I’m absolutely guilty of a good Netflix binge - you might catch me watching Hitch, Fast & Furious, or reality shows like Love is Blind or MAFS. Don’t judge me!

• Pet peeves: I cannot tolerate bad attitudes, dismissive behaviour and when people are treated unkindly. Also - what is salted caramel and red velvet all about? And seriously, who thought frogs and toads were a good idea - a big no-no!
